A. Release it through vigorous activity or harsh words. repress it suppress it express it violently B. Admit anger to yourself, but hide it from others. repress it suppress it express it violently C. Refuse to acknowledge the anger at all. repress it suppress it express it violently
1. Confess it. You may feel that you were righteously indignant, but remember that no anger is justified if you are personally offended. Anger that is not righteous indignation is sin.
Acknowledge your anger to the Lord: “God, I am angry, and I know it. I have hostility, bitterness, resentment, jealousy, and pride in my heart.” Exposing your heart to the Lord is absolutely essential to finding liberty from anger. Tell your heavenly Father all about your feelings, and ask for His help in becoming free from them.
What about those who are angry with God? He may have allowed their child to die or not met an expectation they had. These people go to church, sing the songs, and pray, but on the inside, the acid of anger is devastating them. My friend, if that is you, I urge you to confess your anger. Don’t you want to be set free from the anguish it produces?
Others of you may say, “But, I don’t know why I am angry.” If you can discover the reason for your hostility, you can be free from it. You may want to ask God to send the right person to help you.
2. If your anger is against a person, approach that person. Go to the person privately and share your feelings. Don’t attack or accuse him. Keep it positive: “I’ve been angry towards you. I’ve said things that I should not have said.” Don’t defend yourself or expect an apology in return; the only way to get rid of anger is to reveal it, not excuse it.
3. Then, ask for forgiveness, and you can be sure that God will forgive you.
Father, we are so easily angered, so easily offended. Lord, help us handle our anger in a way that glorifies You. And I want to pray for the person who has anger deep down inside, and has never forgiven someone, never released that frustration to You. Would you help that person release that burden to You? Would you give him or her the courage to resolve that situation? I ask this in Jesus’ name and for His sake, Amen.

There is a well-known Negro spiritual which begins with these words: 'Were you there when they crucified my Lord?' The immediate answer is 'No, I wasn't there: But after deeper reflect-tion we have to answer differently, 'Yes, I was there-in the person of Jesus Christ.' 'How do you arrive at that?' we inquire, The Word of God --especially in the epistles of Paul--sets forth a marvelous truth. It centers in another 'big-little' word. This word is 'with.' When Christ was crucified, we were crucified 'with Him.' When Christ died, we died 'with Him.' When He was buried, we were buried 'with Him.' Then when He arose from among the dead, we were raised 'with Him.' When He ascended and passed through the heavens, we ascended 'with Him.' When He took His seat at the right hand of the Majesty on High, we were seated together 'with Him.' When He appears in His glory, we will also 'appear with Him in glory.' Then the promise is that if we 'endure, we shall also reign with Him' (2 Timothy 2:12). Now all of this speaks not so much of our union with Christ as our association with Christ. We were 'with Him' in His death, burial, resurrection and enthronement. We are 'with Him' in His glorified life now. We shall be 'with Him' in the ages to come, This is glorious 'positional truth.' But what about the experiential side of this blessed truth? How does this affect my daily life here on earth? It means that by faith, based on the divine facts. I reckon myself to have died with Christ unto sin and 'the elements of the world' (Romans 6:2-11; Colossians 2:20); to have been buried with Christ in death (Colossians 2:12); to have been 'quickened together with Christ' (Ephesians 2:1,5); to have been 'raised up together' with Christ (Eph. 2:6); to have been 'made to sit to-gether in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: (Ephesians 2:6.) God has already accomplished these feats, and it is up to each one of us to believe what God has spoken and to rest upon them.' Then it also means that I presently share in the very life of Christ. We are 'saved by His life' (Romans 5:10). We have been called 'unto the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord' (1 Corinthians 1:9). This involves communing with Him, meditating in His Word of Truth, engaging in praise and prayer and drawing wisdom, grace and strength from Him. It means also not only to suffer for Him, but to 'suffer with Him' (Romans 8:17). Only His grace can enable us to do this, since we naturally are averse to suffering. But what eternal rewards will be ours if we do so! Finally, it means to walk with Him 'in newness of life: 'How can two walk together, except they be agreed?' (Amos 3:3.) As we daily 'trust and obey' we can walk together in every circum-stance, and experience what one hymn writer states, 'It is glory just to walk with Him!' Are you not only 'in Christ' but 'with Christ' today!
YES WE ALL WERE THERE
Because Jesus died for all our sin, the whole world sin's. and the sin to come, so yes all that have sinned were there, we were in bondage to Satan and Jesus’s blood paid the ram son for our past present and future sin, that why once you are saved, your soul is taken care of, but your life on this earth will determine how successful your life in the natural will be. Our actions determine our circumstances. As being on this earth, but our souls are secure. Because Jesus only saves you once, his blood was suffient to keep us. But, Jesus gives us choices how we live in this earth. This will determine how the natural man life turns out. It can be a clean life or a or an ungodly life, in which we will suffer the natural offenses.. That is why so many save people have so many problems, they live according to their wishes, and some of our wishes are deadly.. That is my belief and I believe that why man can’t blame God for their troubles.. God d o give us a choice and a road map, which is the Bible...
