BUT AT THE TIME ALLTHOUGHT I WAS CRAZY PERSON, YES WE DO KEEP HOMELESS CHILDREN IN OUR PRIVATE HOME- COURT ORDERED CASES IT A KEY TO IT AND THE KEY IS CALLED RECIPROCITY- WHAT GOES UP MUST COME DOWN WHAT GOESAROUND MUST COME BACK AROUND..AND ETC..
