We must all teach the children to be more like Jesus.
We have been given such a responsibility and sometimes we disregard this responsibility as nothing. To bring glory and honor to the Lord, we must not take this responsibility lightly!
" My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth." (1 John 3:18) ~~~~~~~~~~~ "Children are a gift from the Lord; they are a reward from him. Children born to a young man are like arrows in a warriors hands." ~~~~~~~~~~~ (Psalms 127: 3,4) "Teach your children to choose the right path, and when they are older they will remain upon it." (Proverbs 22:6)
Father, Help me to take time and to be patient to teach my children in your ways. Help me to set aside time of sharing, and time of love, to encourage and pray with my children that they will know that their heavenly Father loves them. AMEN! ANGEL OF HOPEMINISTRY

I need someone to help me understand this scenery; the state takes the children from Mom
Dad, who is not in the home. usually the non- custodian parent has to to be the one that pay..most of the time it DAD.
The Dad has to pay child support to the custodian, but it comes in the form of AFDC ,at which time the system forces the custodian parent to file child support on the Dad, which in turns causes the Dad to resent the custodian parents and then the whole family is all torn up and stop speaking to each other for a welfare check to support these children and the Dad is not angry at the state ,but the people who have his children, yet the custodian has to allow these people to come in the home to see these children ,with all that pinned up anger,
MY question is this, why the state will not file child support on the Dad and leave the custodian parents out the hostility?
This is family care, not foster,
I just went thru something that way, I had these 7 children for 6 month, because they were homeless, and sick with 3 types of highly contagious skin diseases -they told us we had to support them for 2 months and apply for aids because the kids had to have medical ASAP.. which was ok -,because they were my relatives, but then they made or force me to go to child support and file on all the non- custodian parent, and for that reason these people don't speak to me
They speak to my husband but hates me, and the social worker did not help, because she repeated all we told her to the mom and paternal grand mothers..source said___Hi, I'm not sure how much you know about the system. Shakes head...you got it a bit wrong...let me explain to you how this works. I am sure you will be angry after reading this at the people who you thought were there to protect...
http://forums.adoption.com/showthread.php?t=198784Ok, here is a couple links I want you to look at. First one is from an adoption group. This person has 5 children, at least one is adopted and is "medically fragile" ( remember i told you about that term??? ) See what she says about the adoption subsidy....these people get paid for raising YOUR children. This money could have gone to the regular family to help them instead. how many families do you see that have 5 kids that get any kind of "subsidy" from the state?? That's part of the adoption incentive program I was talking about. State still gets money because child is medically fragile. http://www.abanet.org/child/rclji/title4e.pdf#search='title%20IVE' This is the link to the actual .pdf file for Title IV-E funding. Let me know what you think.

Ok, First, CPS ( child protective services ) is NO ONE'S friend. This includes you.
When you speak of child protective services protecting the children from their fathers...bogus information you get from CPS most of the time. I can even show you this proof in their own documents...I'd like to show you if you would be interested in seeing it.
CPS is a BUSINESS. Once those kids were removed, within just a few days, Fed money kicks in to the CPS office called Title E-IV. CPS has Legal Custody of the kids, you had only physicla custody of them ( temporary at that ). CPS gets THOUSANDS of dollars per month PER CHILD. Even though they were placed with a relative, because ....they have the Legal Custody.
Think about this....they get thousands per child. HOw much of that did you actually see?????? probably around 300.00 for first child and it goes down per the additional children. Now, when I say thousands per child, I am talking like 6,000.00 a MONTH they draw in from the Fed Gov't.
Now, look at this. The children may get state medical since they are in your care. Ok, that will cover meds ( if any and ususally there are and I'll get to that ), doctor visits and psych appts ( and usually there are those too ). A doctor visit ranges around 75.00 per visit ( normally ). Now, because kids are on state medical, the doctors do not even get that whole amount, they get a subsidy of it. The doctors who are psychs have contracts with CPS, so they get paid less even.
Then you have the workers who may come ONCE PER MONTH to check on the kids. That is taken out of that 6,000.00 too. Gas milage for the worker, time spent at your home etc...
Where do you think the rest of that 6,000.00 is going? Now, think of this...the fathers who are paying the child support...that is covering a big portion of what is being sent to you for funds. The state is getting their money back like that. So, now that 6,000.00 is raised back up because they get part of that money back.
SO, where is the rest of it going???? CPS pockets!
Now, kids who are deemed "special cases or special needs, medically needy" The state gets even MORE money for those kids, due to that fact. When a child has to go to a psych or has any type of ongoing medical issue, they are automatically deemed special cases and CPS draws in those extra funds for that.
Being that the psychs are CONTRACTED, they are FED these families and children. TO keep their pocket books fat too, they will twist around what is said in the meetings with the children, make the children say things that are not true also. I know...I had them try to do this to me when I was a kid. If you were a psych without morals, which a lot of them are like that, more than you think...and you have a constant feed of families and that's guaranteed money from the state, it gets corruptive. It's a BIG incentive for these people to take the cases and make it out like the parents are not doing what they are supposed to be doing etc.
You probably don't know what CPS has been telling the fathers of these children you are talking about. This could be why they seem to hate you and that is unfortunate. THey are probably angry too because maybe they feel victimized by the system which now also includes you. ( this is how they are probably looking at it ).
In case I didn't, it does apply to all 50 states because it is Federal money, as long as the state has not "opted out " to receive the money and to my knowledge, all states receive it. The amounts for each state vary, then each office/county as well. It goes down the food chain so to speak. It depends on how many kids ar ein foster care or alternative placement too. But the dollar amount is very very high and a law was changed in CAPTA as well just very recently, you may want to look at the CAPTA revision. I wanted to send you a link that I thought you might be interested in. This is what tax dollars are going for. First, I'll explain it. A couple years ago when I started to investigate the money trail, I had come across a news article of a child being inured and dying in Texas in a "boot camp for children" This is an equivalent to prison for adults. The difference is that with teh children, they are treated like the military treats adult recruits in boot camp, even worse.
First of all, kids are removed from homes according to CPS that are abusive, filthy etc. etc...you got the jist on that aspect. Anyway, this is what a LOT of those kids were put into after taken from their parents and who were deemed a threat to society..etc.etc. These kids were brutalized in these places. Beaten, sexually abused by staff, lived in filth way worse than any home condition probably ever could be. There are photos on the link I am sending to you, the ones that were posted in the news article I watched. ( there was a video that accompanied the article ). The Texas comptroller investigated the treatment of children in these places and went in person to see what they were really like. She was horrified and got a lot of them shut down. These were FEDERALLY FUNDED ( use of our tax dollars ). THe comptroller also found issues where children were sick with pneumonia and never taken to the doctor, suffered broken bones and were not taken to the doctor, etc. etc. There were records of incidents like this but nothing on what was done about it...so apparently nothing was done to help the kids. Check out the link. In the photo, you can see where the bathroom is at. If you want to call it that...you can see in the background something that looks like a open building. That open looking building is where children were sleeping. Right next to that horrid bathroom. This was illegal. The bathroom was supposed to be far away from where the children were "living" if you want to call it that. Let me know what you think about these photos. If you go back through archives in Yahoo news and MSN news, I think you could find those articles on this. There are other links I am goign to send to you as well where they were doing things to children in foster care with aids research, sores all over the bodies of the little babies, this type of thing is still going on as well, but now they are focusing it on psychotropic drug research, same thing they are doing to prisoners in prison. I thought you may be interested in this because it is just like prison but only with children. This needs reform also...children should never have to live like this. http://www.cpa.state.tx.us/forgottenchildren/ch02/photos/01/bathroombathing/
All I can say is this system is really messed up this fed money that you was talking about .is that across the board? does all state get fed money for state custody children?
-------------- Original message <enigmas_matrix@yahoo.com>: --------------
Very true...the system abuses people, whether it be those who are incarcerated for trumped up charges, fathers fighting for rights to their children, children being ripped from homes for no reason, it's all sickening. The whole system is corrupt. Gosh, you know, these fathers and even moms out there battle a system that is not for the family and have such little recourse to fight them. These people rarely get court appt. legal representation unless juvenile issues are involved and even then, a lot of attorneys just go through the motions because they don't get paid what their normal rates are, attorney general backs up CPS and police, how do you battle those unlimited resources? Men are comitting suicide and going on starvation sprees because they miss their children that much. One parent can get the other arrested for no evidence even, you are guilty until you prove yourself innocent, the children are the ones who suffer. I could go on fore ver on this one....lol...

A project that this person is working on, for all comments ,contact him, not this company
however it makes good sense of what some of the factorsin this subject....
With all of the resent deaths of children at the hands of their fathers or other males (even though I believe the woman rates are just as high, just not reported). I am hoping to start a new research project. I believe that each of these cases of men killing their children have a common factor, they were fearfully of a unfair court system, a court system that would destroy their relationship with their children and abuse them financial for years. The fear of an unfair system drove them over the edge. This is no excuse for murder, but I believe it to be a major factor. I get to get contact Information on surviving members of these men's families. My recourses are already under a heavy load, but I would like to have some help with this one.
Misleadingly named, the Child Custody Protection Act would make it a federal crime for any person other than a parent - including a grandparent, aunt or religious counselor - to accompany a young woman for abortion care in another state. This means that young women seeking the help of a responsible adult OTHER than a parent because of violence or abuse at home would be forced to be accompanied by their abuser or go it alone. Tell your Senator not to support this deeply flawed bill.
Clearly, this is an attempt on the part of Senator Frist to appease his radical base during election season. If he is really interested in good child custody laws, he should should consider how a young woman became pregnant and whether she consented. His proposed bill does not take this into account, and in fact -- it actually puts the lives of many young women who need guidance the most at risk.
Sign the petition and urge the Senate to protect underage survivors of rape, incest, and assault by saying NO to the Child Custody Protection Act now!
